文京区小石川で、マンションの駐車場の埋込型照明器具を、故障したのを機会にＬＥＤの照明器具に交換しました。
最近はマンションの共用部分の照明器具を、ＬＥＤ照明に交換するところが多くなってきました。
初期費用は少々かかりますが、節約した電気代、管球交換の費用等を考えると、3-5年程度で回収できるところが多くあります。
特に冬場は、暗くなるのが早く、照明を点灯している時間が長いので、より多く節電できます。
一般家庭でも、電球を使用している所、長時間点灯している所は、ＬＥＤ化で節電した方が大変お得です。
